Our story
S & M Systems Ltd is a UK-based, ISO 27001:2022 certified IT consultancy. We are a small, senior team serving public sector and regulated organisations across the United Kingdom with AI orchestration, application delivery, cloud and VMware, and operations services.
We founded this consultancy with a simple observation: the teams running the most critical systems are often the least supported.
They carry old technical decisions, new expectations and constant pressure to “do more with less”. They are asked to be cloud‑native and AI‑ready while still maintaining legacy platforms and meeting strict compliance obligations.
We decided to build a company that stands with those teams.
